It's really good when you get to meet different people because aside from building relationships, having friends -- you get to also expand your network. As a freelance makeup artist I've been extremely blessed with people that I got to work with.
If I'm not doing a hosting gig, I'm most likely doing makeup. And, I did one almost two weeks ago at Montebello. I met the client through her mom, whom I've also worked for in my makeup seminar for Organic Goodness. Lyell and Lloyd are one of the coolest couples I know and working with the from the beginning; meeting, test makeup to the actual wedding was really easy and light.

The bride, Lyell wanted the vintage red lips - old Hollywood look which really suits her because she has that round expressive eyes. Which is good for this makeup style because you don't do much in the eyes due to the strong red lips and that being said Lyell's eyes really do pop.

Here are some photos I grabbed from the maid of Honor's FB album, Honey.
Before their entrance to the reception hall as Mr. and Mrs. -- changed Lyell's look to a more dainty and girly feel, we let down her hair, darkened her eyes a bit and used a nude lipstick with pinkish tone. Oh yeah, check out her dress, it's gorgeous.
