Let me tell you about my sister...

Although I promised myself to not talk so much about personal stuff online like how I used to in my old blogs, I cannot help but share to you one of the most influential people in my life. It might be a given that I love her and I say these things about her because she's my sister but I will also boldly say that there are moments that we do not see each other eye to eye. We have different opinions on so many different things but it seems now that I am older, I appreciate and value her inputs more.

My sister worked as a radio DJ when I was very little, she would bring me everywhere she went; from work to her events, so basically I grew up in radio stations and had radio personalities as playmates. I learned the value of work based on her work ethic, it was also at this stage that I've learned how women can be independent and be superb at what they do. Now, she's an Occupational Therapist, she graduated this year Cum Laude and she's an amazing wedding photographer as well, I am so proud of her.

Even though our relationship has gone through the sweet and sour phase of sisterhood,we have always remained each other's  loyal ally. She's the greatest cheerleader anyone can have, and now I want to be her cheerleader too. I want her to be proud of me and to rely on me as her partner in taking care of our family. 

I love you Ate Chelly. I know I get sidetracked sometimes by boys that I forget to prioritize those who are constant in my life and I am very sorry for that. I'll do better next time. Let's stay positive together and let's achieve all our dreams for the family. :)
