{PASTA} Seafood Tomato Pasta

I might have to work on my presentation but yeah I did good

I would normally write about food that I love but I don't write much about food that I cook. This is not because I don't cook at all, I do - it's just that it's not as often as I would like to. I am a pasta fan, if I were asked to cook something on the spot, I'd definitely make a pasta dish.

Now, here's one dish I cooked that, whether my brothers would admit or not, they loved. They didn't say it but oh boy the damage they've done was very much telling :)

There were 3 kinds of seafood that I used for this dish:

Squid, Shrimp, clams
Large squid - cleaned, skin off, sliced
Shrimp - peeled and deveined
Clams - washed thoroughly, boiled to open shells

after boiling
I wanted to boil the clams so the shell would open up and so the sauce can really seep into the meat inside while cooking.

Angel Hair Pasta
For the pasta I used angel hair, I love how the pasta strings are so fine and thin and they are quick to boil which is good for an impatient cook like me. It's what I usually use for pasta dishes if I don't use penne, spirals or fettuccine.

The ingredients I used were not too eclectic or too difficult to find, definitely something you can find on your kitchen.

Garlic - sliced and crushed
White Onion - sliced
Green Onion - chopped
Canned Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
Mozarella Cheese

Saute' white onion with shrimp on butter and a bit of olive oil, it gives a different kind of sweetness. Add garlic, then add the tomato sauce - let it simmer. Add your clams - then green onions, let it sit for awhile before you add the squid so it doesn't get rubbery. Add squid, salt and pepper to taste then your pasta.
